Terms & refunds.
These terms apply to everything you buy from Sahil Social: the Authority and Growth & Revenue packages, the 3-day bootcamp, the 90-day track, the recorded library and the paid audit.
Packages (Authority, Growth & Revenue)
- Minimum commitment of 3 months. Full payment in advance, at least 7 days before the start date.
- Prices exclude 18% GST. Trimester and half-yearly plans are discounted and billed upfront.
- No refunds once work has started. Services can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
- Unused deliverables lapse after 30 days and do not roll over.
- Up to 2 revision rounds per piece of content.
- If raw footage arrives after the agreed shoot deadline, posting dates shift accordingly.
- Organic growth only. Ad spend and paid promotion are not included unless agreed in writing.
- We don't promise follower counts, views or leads. We agree one business number with you on day one and report against it monthly.
- DM outreach (Growth & Revenue) is capped at 30 new conversations a day, 6 days a week.
- Proposals are valid for 15 days from the date shared.
3-day bootcamp (₹999)
- Price includes GST. Recordings are included and remain available.
- Refund: attend Day 1 live, do the exercises, and if it isn't for you, message us before Day 2 starts for a full refund. No refunds after Day 2 begins or for no-shows.
- Dates may move by up to 7 days with notice; if they do, you may ask for a refund instead.
90-day track (₹15,000 + GST)
- Bootcamp graduates only. Paid in advance for 3 months.
- Refund within 7 days of the Week 1 call if you've attended it. None after.
Paid audit
- Non-refundable once the slot is booked. One reschedule allowed with 24 hours' notice.
- The audit fee is adjusted against your first month if you start a package within 30 days.
Content and rights
You own the content we make for you once it's paid for. We may show it in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to. You confirm you have the rights to any material you give us.
