Sahil Social ("we") runs sahilsocial.com and app.sahilsocial.com. This page says what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to reply to you and deliver the work, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- When you apply or buy: name, WhatsApp number, email, Instagram handle, your answers on the application form, and payment details handled by Razorpay (we never see your card or UPI details).
- When you become a client: brand assets, content, account access you choose to share, and Instagram Insights screenshots you upload for reports.
- When you browse: standard analytics (pages visited, device, rough location) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, used to improve the site and to show our ads to people who visited.
How we use it
- To reply to applications and book calls.
- To deliver the package you bought: content, posting, reports and your client dashboard.
- To send bootcamp links, reminders and invoices.
- To improve the site and our own marketing.
Who sees it
Our team sees what they need to do your work. Payment data stays with Razorpay. Analytics data stays with Google and Meta under their policies. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Client account access
If you give us access to your Instagram or other accounts, credentials are stored encrypted in our app and used only for posting and management you've agreed to. You can revoke access at any time.
Your choices
Email ceo@sahilsocial.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll do it within 7 working days, except records we must keep for tax (invoices, 8 years under Indian law).
Cookies
Analytics and pixel cookies only. Your browser can block them; the site still works.
